Ingredients: For Beans: 150 gr dried green beans 60 gr chopped onion 70 gr vegetable oil 10 gr pepper paste 10 gr tomato paste Salt Black pepper Red pepper For tenderloin: 200 gr tenderloin 1 chard leaf 25 gr butter Salt Black pepper Fresh thyme Preparation: Boil the beans in plenty of water until they are soft and then drain. In a hot pan, fry the onions with olive oil until they turn pink. Add the beans and continue roasting for 7-8 minutes more. Mix the tomato paste with a small amount of water and pour over the beans. After adding salt, black pepper and chili pepper, cook until the water evaporates. Stir thyme, salt and black pepper to the tenderloin, and brand it in a hot pan. Wrap it in boiled chard leaves and cook for 25 minutes in an oven at 170 degrees. First, put the beans on the plate and the boffins on top and serve.
