Ingredients: 400 g corn flour 50 g eggs 400 g milk 20 g sunflower oil 10 g butter 5 g baking powder 5 g salt 5 g sugar Preparation: Beat the egg, milk and sugar for a few minutes. Add the other ingredients and knead. If necessary, add milk to make the dough slurry. Pour small amounts of melted butter into the pan and cook over low heat. After the bottom side is cooked, turn over and cook the other side.
