Ingredients: 500 gr flour 300 gr water 50 gr sunflower oil 20 gr salt For Sherbet: 400 gr water 250 gr sugar 30 gr sunflower oil For: 500 gr chestnut sugar Preparation: Mix the flour, salt, water and oil to a consistency that will not stick to the hand and Leave to rest covered for half an hour. Roll out thin round doughs with the help of a rolling pin. Divide the dough into two and crumble 30 grams of chestnuts into each piece. Roll the cut pieces and wrap them inwards. Cook on both sides of the hair, back and forth. Boil sugar and water in a separate saucepan and make a syrup. Put the dough you have changed on the hair on a tray and pour the cooled syrup on them. Serve the doughs after they have had the sherbet.
