Ingredients: 1000 gr corn flour 100 gr olive oil 50 ml milk 50 gr yogurt 10 gr salt 30 gr sugar 5 gr carbonate Hot water Preparation: Sift the corn flour. Add all the ingredients into it and add water until you get a soft cake dough. It is a good idea to mix the hot water with a glass of room temperature water before pouring it. Spread the dough on a greased tray and bake for 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Serve hot.
