Ingredients: 250 g kidney beans 250 g ground corn 1 tablespoon butter, salt 1 kg milk or yogurt Preparation: Red mullet and ground corn are soaked overnight in separate containers. Then the two are cooked together on the pressure. If it is put hot on the serving plate, with hot milk, if it is put cold, it is mixed with yoghurt or ayran and served.
