Ingredients: 125 g chopped onion, 100 g chard, 100 g nettle, 100 g beetroot, 100 g spinach, 200 g leek, 50 g thick bulgur, 50 g tomato paste, 70 g oil, 10 g salt, 10 g black pepper, 1200 gr hot water Preparation: After heating a large pot on the stove, add the oil and onions. When the onions begin to change color, add the pre-washed and chopped vegetables and cook over low heat until the plants lose their water. Sprinkle bulgur on it and mix. Mix the tomato paste, salt and pepper in 200 g of hot water and add to the pot. Cook on low heat until the greens soften. Serve hot or lukewarm.
