Anchovy, one of the most popular forms of anchovy, which is cardiovascular friendly with its Omega-3 content, is a flavor unique to the Black Sea, although it is produced all over Turkey. Preparation: Clean the fish, wash and drain the water. Then, put it in a suitable container, sprinkle salt and mix it by hand. Put the anchovies in the corn flour you put on the plate. Put liquid oil in the pan with the help of a brush so that it is all over. Let's make a circle by arranging the fish tightly in the same direction and you can leave our pan to the stove and let it cook for 7-8 minutes on high heat. You can cook your fish in one go according to the pan or in portions in 3 times. After the bottom of the fish is fried, cover it with a flat lid and drain the excess oil in a separate container. Then, turn the other side of our fish and leave it to fry by pouring the oil we strained over it again. When both surfaces of our fish are fried, take them to the serving plate. Serve hot.
