Ingredients: 500 gr black sea anchovies 2 eggs 100 gr corn flour 200 gr sunflower oil Salt Black pepper Ingredients: 1 piece of bread, 0.5 bunch of finely chopped parsley 1 clove of garlic Preparation: Clean the bones of the fish without separating the heads and wash and dry . For the Flesh: Mix the bread, parsley and chopped garlic in the blender. Fill the anchovies with the prepared filling. After the filling processes are finished, sprinkle salt and pepper on them. Roll the anchovies first with beaten eggs and then cornmeal and carefully cook on both sides in a hot pan.
