Ingredients: 1000gr warm water 750 grams leek 150 grams of boiled kidneys 150 grams of corn flour 50 grams of carrots 50 grams of onion 30 grams of butter 20 grams of granulated sugar 5 grams of salt 5 grams of red chili pepper Preparation: Roast the onions with butter in a preheated pan. Add the finely chopped leeks, carrot and kidney beans and mix. After cooking for 10 minutes, add warm water and salt and cook. When the vegetables start to cook, add corn flour and powdered sugar. After the corn flour is mixed and the soup begins to boil, reduce the heat and let it brew. In a separate pan, roast the pepper flakes in butter. After putting the soup on the plates, pour the butter pepper over it and serve.
