Ingredients: 1000 g water 250 g corn flour 200 g butter 100 g cream 100 g onion 5 g salt 5 g black pepper Preparation: Boil the water. After boiling, add salt and then add the corn flour gradually by starting to mix with a whisk. Keep mixing until it absorbs the water and starts to solidify. Heat a separate pan, add butter and onion. After the onions begin to brown, add the cream. After the cornmeal mixture has absorbed the water, let it rest for a while. When it starts to harden, pour the mixture of cream, butter and milk over it and serve.
