It is a dam built in Zonguldak, on the Ulutan Stream, between 1979-1986 for the purpose of supplying drinking water. The surrounding of the dam is surrounded by natural beauties. At the same time, İlhan Akın is located in the Wildlife Animal Love and Picnic Area. It offers visitors many experiences intertwined with nature.
